Qualification
1. Being fluent in English is preferable
2. Has good communication, attitude, and interpersonal skills
3. Have good analytical thinking and be a problem solver
4. Interactive, responsible, a strong person, and self-motivated
5. Good team player and able to work under pressure
6. Work in detail and be a visionary person
7. A minimal bachelor's degree in accounting
8. Experience minimal 2–3 years in manufacture (preferable in the shoe industry)
Job Description
1. Analyze, control, and monitor all purchases, miscellaneous expenses, and projects
2. Analyze the financial health of the factory (e.g., profit and loss, ROI, ROE, overhead, etc.).
3. Analyze business partners (market comparisons).
4. Analyze top spending for each month and year.
