Qualification
1. Being fluent in English is preferable
2. Has good communication, attitude, and interpersonal skills
3. Have good analytical thinking and be a problem solver
4. Interactive, responsible, a strong person, and self-motivated
5. Good team player and able to work under pressure
6. Work in detail and be a visionary person
7. A minimal bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
8. Experience minimal 2–3 years in manufacture (preferable in the shoe industry)
Job Description
1. Check and analyze potential risks for business partners
2. Check and analyze production and technical workflow
3. Looking for ideas or improvements to maximize efficiency and profit
4. Analyze market trends and build up something new to propose to customers
5. Analyze major issues and risks, then make some options to solve them
6. Follow up and provide support to decrease top spending
